Working in partnership with a Chartered Financial Planners in Sutton Coldfield, I am currently recruiting for a Senior IFA Administrator to join a very busy team within a fast paced, professional environment.


As an IFA Administrator you will work alongside the Financial Planner and Paraplanner, offer administrative assistance and ensure an excellent service is provided to their clients.

Salary: £25,000 : £30,000

STRONG PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES AND A TEAM WORKING ATMOSPHERE.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Processing Business
• Valuations
• Quotations
• ISA and Pension Transfers/Switches
• Issuing Letters of Authority
• Preparing and Maintaining Client Files
• Dealing with Client queries daily
• All other duties as required

The successful IFA Administrator must have worked within a Financial Planners doing a similar role.
