My client is a legal firm who specialise in Credit Hire, Civil/Commercial and Personal Injury claims.

They are looking for Personal Injury/RTA Fee Earners and Paralegals to join their actively growing business.

What will the job entail?

• Handle a full caseload of RTA Pre Litigation matters
• Independently handling own caseload
• Worked in a target driven environment
• Working under pressure in a busy environment
• Building strong relationships with clients and updating them on the progress of their case
• Using the MOJ and Proclaim daily

What do I get in return?

• A salary of £16-£20K is on offer depending on your level of experience
• 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 0900-1700 (however they are flexible on start and finish times)
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays : after 2 years this increases by 1 day up to a maximum of 5
• Fridays you can dress down
• Ample free onsite parking
• Progression

What is the client looking for?

• 6-12 months experience of PI/RTA paralegal
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to plan and prioritise caseload
