An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client, an award winning firm of Financial Planners in central Leeds. As a Financial Services professional you will be joining a firm with an impressive employee development structure plan in place.

If you are an experienced IFA Administrator who has the ability and knowledge to deal with the duties detailed below then is an opportunity not to be overlooked.

Essential skills:

· Previous experience within a Financial Planning role
· Professional communication manner, both written and verbally, including the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
· Good organisational skills
· Able to cope with pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
· Life and pensions investment knowledge
· File preparation for new clients and existing client reviews, including valuation reports (in line with MIFIID 2 legislation)
· New business processing, including switching - online or by post
· Administration tasks such as filing/scanning/faxing

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000, discretionary bonus, study support for Cii exams, free parking.
