Our client, a Rotherham based independent broker with a long and successful trading history is seeking a High Net Worth Account Handler to join their team.

The role will be responsible for managing and looking after a portfolio of existing and prospective High Net Worth Client Accounts with potential for growth and development, dealing with all aspects of the clients` insurances including homes, holiday homes, fine art, jewellery and associated business. As the HNW Account Handler, you will be responsible for understanding client`s insurance requirements and therefore build and maintain an excellent rapport.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and discuss renewal terms
• Issuing midterm adjustments, Issuing renewal, new business, renewal confirmation and adjustment letters
• Remarketing policies when necessary
• Prioritising and managing own workload
• Ensuring renewals are sent out within the required timescales
• Understanding and meeting service standards

Key competencies:

• Sound knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Confident and engaging personality
• Experience of using the SSP trading system would be beneficial but isn`t a prerequisite
