Insurance Claims Handler : Cannock -Staffordshire

Salary up to 25,000 DOE, 25 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays, Bonuses (paid as and when), Funding for CII Literature & Examinations & Company Pension Scheme.

Our Client is a family run business established in 1988 which deals with all aspects of general insurance for clients throughout the UK.

The client base varies but a large majority are in the scrap metal industry, construction industry and/or property owners. The office is based in Cannock and currently has 13 members of staff.

The office is on OpenGI and Windows Live experience is desirable

• In your position of claims Handler you will deal with the Following: -
• Experience of claims Handling in a Broking office
• Knowledge of commercial and Personal Lines classes of business
• To be able to Liase with insurers and clients from the inception of the claim to settlement

Progression towards insurance qualifications would be desirable but assistance will be given to the right candidate.
