My client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their close-knit team in Bredbury.

This is an exciting position to join a business who has massive plans for growth over the next 2 years which result in the successful candidate for this role being offered progression and development within a realistic and achievable time frame.

What will the job entail?

• Advertising vacancies
• Sourcing for staff across their 19 sites in the UK
• Screening candidates
• Arranging interviews/ assessment days
• Assisting with recruitment process
• Onboarding
• Induction for new employees
• Offboarding
• Attending Job Fayres

What is the client looking for?

• A minimum of 12 months recruitment experience (Essential)
• Someone with 180 recruitment knowledge
• Industry knowledge : Care sector (Private or public sector) (desirable)
• Someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to recruit for multiple roles at any one time
