I`m currently recruiting for a financial services company based in the City who are looking to hire a HR Analyst on a fixed 6 month contract. This role has an immediate start.

Main duties:

• Dealing with employee requests/queries
• Benefits administration
• Updating & maintaining all HR data
• Assisting with managing and creation of HR Dashboards
• Creating quarterly compliance and audit reports
• Assisting with providing benchmarking data
• Updating internal HR intranet site
• Assisting with creating HR process manuals
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Required experience:

• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail

This role will suit someone with a good foundation in HR, with strong analytical, and strong Excel skills.

For this contract the salary will be £25,000-£30,000 dependent on experience.
