RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LEEDS

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting to expand our team of Recruitment Consultants, working in our Leeds City Centre office! Over the last 12 months we have tripled in size due to our continued success and we are now looking for highly skilled, professional consultants with a strong work ethic to join our high performing team.

From past experience; candidates with experience and knowledge in the sector they are working perform really well, as they understand the market and can speak with credibility to clients and candidates. Therefore I would be really keen to speak with candidates who have experience in HR, Office Support or Legal recruitment. We will also consider candidates who have worked in these sectors and would like to become a recruitment consultant.

The role is very sales focused, busy, varied and managing your desk is like managing your own business - you get out what you put in.

We offer basic salaries c£21,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience) and offer a really good benefits package. BUT the main reason people work in recruitment is the bonus you can earn. This is uncapped and we offer one of the best bonus schemes in the recruitment industry. You can realistically earn £35,000 OTE in Year 1, £45,000 + OTE in Year 2 and £60,000 + in year 3.
