An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dutch speaking Credit Controller Team Leader to join a leading employer based in Bradford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational performance, control and compliance of the Credit Control Team to support all customers. This role is to drive, deliver & streamline the credit control processes through continuous improvement and automation. The key accountabilities also include building a strong working relationship with stakeholders and contributing to customer service recommendations.

Responsible for managing your own ledger of specific accounts delivering against KPI`s and SLA`s you will be working with stakeholders to minimise bad debt and conduct effective and efficient cash collection.

Person Spec:

• Extensive experience of Credit Control within Retail or FMCG
• Experinece managing a team of people.
• Educated to degree level, equivalent qualifications or by experience (AICM)
• Dutch Fluency (Essential)

To be successful you will ideally have previous experience within Credit Control and be interested or studying towards the CICM accreditation.

Dutch Language skills are essential to the role.
