We are currently recruiting for a business based in East London (E1) who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. A track record in business developments and an in depth experience of the current property market will be required for the role.

This role offers a fantastic salary, along with bonus, commission and a car allowance.

For this role ideally you will have 3+ years` experience within the property market, ideally within lettings.

Main duties;

• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
• Research and develop a thorough understanding of the property market and various council requirements
• Developing long-term client relationships
• Carrying out client premises reviews
• Preparing quotations and pricing for clients
• Develop strategic partnerships to aid the acquisition effort
• Maintain forward visibility of pipeline activity to ensure achievement of monthly and annual financial objectives
• Drive continual improvement in the quality of pipelines
• Take immediate and positive action to resolve any delays in pipeline
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building, H&S rules and regulations
• Compliance with all lettings rules and regulations for lettings sector in line with relevant Boroughs and Councils` requirements; specifically, HMO`s
• Keeping up to date and understanding all market changes in requirements

For this position, my client is offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 dependent on experience as well as multiple other benefits.
