We are working on an exclusive basis with a well-established and prestigious hospitality business, who are looking to recruit a keen and ambitious HR Professional to join the business

The role will work as part of a small HR team and will report into and work closely with the HR Director. The main focus of the role will be to provide rounded HR support to c300 employees across 20-30 sites. This will include regular on-site meetings and involve working across multiple sites 3-4 days per week (all London based).

The role holds excellent opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility - so this is a really good career role within HR. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working as part of a team of 2 within HR, providing HR support to c300 employees across 20-30 sites
• Assist the HR director with all aspects of HR, including managing the on-boarding process, HR administration, L&D support, Recruitment, dealing with HR queries and administration support on ER cases
• Administering, updating and maintaining HR personnel files
• Managing the recruitment process including screening candidates, telephone interviews, referencing and new starter checks
• Dealing with HR queries from employees : face to face and over the phone
• Note taking and attendance at grievance, disciplinary and capability hearings
• Providing advice and support to managers across the business on a range of ER and HR policies
• Assist with the administration of training programmes, including managing the induction process
• Understand and promote Company Vision & Values, focusing on strong Customer Service
• Involvement with various HR projects

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR experience and ideally have started CIPD Qualification.

It is essential that candidates are comfortable with ‘hot desking` at the various on-site locations, as the HR function is not based at one specific site. This gives the HR team a visible and approachable presence within the business. They will also be regular meetings with the management and senior team. It is essential that you can work on your own initiative and be confident working in a busy and fast paced environment.
