New Business Executive

Salary : £24k DOE

Our client is a leading National Insurance Broker with offices across the UK. They are now looking to add a tenacious New Business Executive to the team at thier Norwich Branch.

The role will involve developing accounts across all classes of Commercial Insurance. The majority of leads will be warm leads, allowing you to cross sell additional products to existing customers.

Ideally you will have insurance experience, but the successful candidate must be highly ambitious and motivated, with a sales background.

Experience Required

• Insurance experience is preferred
• Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve new sales
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects

This position comes with an excellent remuneration package for the right candidate including a fantastic bonus structure and pension.
