I`m currently recruiting for a business in Central London who are looking for someone to join their finance department in a planning & budgeting capacity.

As the Budget & Planning Analyst you will be responsible for coordinating processes around the weekly, monthly and annual FP&A duties, as well as supporting the day to day tasks within the finance department.

The role reports direct to the Financial Controller with functional reporting across the business, and its European offices. Therefore you will need to be able to build relationships across the business which will require you to be a confident person and a strong communicator.

Main Duties;

- To assist in the preparation and control of company planning/budgeting
- Assist the FC/Head of Finance in the Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Cost control functions of the company
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of weekly and monthly financials
- Support the preparation, analysis and presentation of the company`s annual operating plan
- Provide monthly analysis with commentary on the variances from actual to plan and forecast
- Monitor the company`s annual operating budget and review quarterly with budget holders
- Provide information and analysis to the senior management team
- Evaluate and maintain information on the orders pipeline and outstanding quotes
- Assist the Controller, AP and AR functions with day to day tasks, as required
- Provide operational support to the business
- Assist with the statutory and internal auditors

Essential criteria;

• Fully Qualified : ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

Desirable criteria;

• MS Dynamics experience

For this role my client is offering a salary of circa £45-55,000, dependent on experience, along with a range of additional benefits.
