Working in partnership with a very successful practice, who have grown to the extent that this new role has been created!

We are looking for an experienced Administrator, someone with experience of supporting Financial Advisers and with an attention to detail.

The practice has a strong presence in the UK and Northern Ireland, as such you will be required to visit the Northern Ireland office once or perhaps twice a year. Travel is of course fully-funded by the client.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Processing letters of authority
• Checking details against a checklist
• Liaising with clients and providers
• Assisting the Admin team

The successful candidate needs to have relevant, industry experience, you must have supported Financial Advisers in the past. You will be able to multi-task and prioritise, to think on your feet and work in fast-paced environment.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £22,000 (Although negotiable dependent upon experience), plus support towards achieving industry relevant qualifications. As this team grows there is the potential to lead it in the future.
