Working in partnership with a national Independent Mortgage Advisers I am currently recruiting for a Mortgage Adviser in the Greater Manchester area to service their North West client base.

This is a home based role and available due to a significant increase in enquires, and additional quality leads in the area.

The successful Mortgage Adviser will have excellent communication skills, give the best possible mortgage and protection advice and actively look to generate new business via referral.

In return for your efforts you will receive a fantastic basic salary of up to £35,000 and a clear and transparent commission structure which allows you to be largely in control of your earnings. (Get in touch for a full breakdown of this).

You will also receive;

• 15 appointments per month (usually Mortgage & Protection lead) from existing clients, purchased leads or principle clients
• Stationery (business cards, letterheads, client folders)
• Client packs (containing branded regulatory documents, firm proposition documents)
• Administrative support in processing business and chasing providers/clients/GPs
• Telemarketing support
• Paraplanning support
• Compliance and T&C support

In addition this business is part of a wider financial advice network which means after 1 years services you can begin to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice to further your career.

The successful Mortgage Adviser will is only required to work between Monday and Friday which WILL include evening appointments and will cover the following geographical areas; Manchester, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Wigan, Blackburn, Chester, Warrington, Liverpool and Wigan and Stockport.
