We are working with a well-established and growing construction business based in Leeds, and due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Training Administrator to join the business.

For this role it is essential that candidates have knowledge and experience within the Construction sector (or similar industry - Building or Engineering etc.) and experience of CITB or CSCS / CPCS schemes.

Reporting into the HR Manager and working closely with the Training Manager, the main purpose of the role will be to provide full administration support for the training needs of the business. This is a very fast paced and busy role and will involve managing all aspects of training from planning and coordinating, liasing with training companies, through to new starter induction training. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Training administration support for around 60-70 training sessions per month
• Planning and coordinating training sessions
• Liasing with training providers - booking courses, evaluation, sourcing cost effective training
• New starter preparation and training bookings, Joining Instructions, arranging medicals & D&A`s etc.
• Apply for new and renewals of CPCS/CSCS cards
• Development of In-house training packages
• Deliver Training Department Inductions to new starters
• Running quarterly reports and plan mandatory and PDR training with each department manager
• Managing the eLearning database, register employee as required
• Communications with courses delegates, managers, HR & Payroll
• Support the Training Manager as required
• Booked course administration and invoice reconciliation
• Record completed training on all recording systems

For this role candidates will need to hold relevant Training / L&D experience within a similar industry.
