Our client, a Leeds based Commercial Insurance Broker who is a true market leader in their sector is seeking an SME Account Handler to join their team.

Working in a fast paced environment as part of the renewals team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing a book of commercial package insurance (shops, offices, restaurants). After inititally contacting the client to ensure that the risk details are correct, you will then work with the in house underwriters in order to obtain the best posible terms on behalf of the client. Once you have a price cleared you will then call the client with a view to retaining cover.

Although commercial experience would be a benefit, applications from candidates with a background gained in personal lines seeking a move into the commercial sector would also be welcomed. The key requirement for this role is to be confident and possess good communication skills. As this is a sales position you will also be eligable to benefit from the company`s very competitive bonus structure with an OTE of £30,000 being very achievable.
