We have partnered with a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in central Glasgow and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join the business ASAP for a 12 month fixed contract.

Reporting into the CEO and Group HR Director, the role will be solely responsible for providing Operational and Strategic HR support for c150 employees. Main duties and responsibilities will include;

• Standalone HR role, providing a generalist HR service to the business, reporting into the CEO and Head of HR
• Supporting the senior management team with guidance and advice on HR matters
• Management and leading on change management, TUPE and Integration Projects
• Dealing with all generalist areas of HR including Recruitment, ER, Performance and change management, HR best practice, Reward and L&D
• Providing guidance and support on a range of employee relations matters and employment law
• Reviewing HR policies and procedures, HR Contracts, Handbooks etc. and updating were necessary
• Point of contact to the business for any HR queries
• Management of recruitment and talent management
• HR project work

For this role candidates must be CIPD Qualified, have proven HR experience at this level and be confident working in a standalone capacity.

TUPE, Integration and Change Management experience are essential for this role, in addition to Generalist HR experience.
