I have recently partnered with a well know established organisation in the centre of Sheffield. My client is currently looking for a HR Officer on temporary basis. This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of such a big and well known organisation.
Main Duties:
• Review and where appropriate develop HR Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare paperwork updates to employees ahead of the proposed changes (this will includes contracts of employment, transfer letters and where appropriate updated Job descriptions)
• Support the communication of new and revised policies and procedures in line with organisational requirements.
• Assist in the provision of an effective human resources administration service in order to ensure an accurate and consistent service is provided
• Update HR Related information on the organisations Intranet,
• Develop Recruitment and Selection Templates that can be used as part of the recruitment process
The Ideal candidate will have:
• CIPD Qualified or working towards a recognised Human Resources qualification
• Good knowledge of windows based word processing and spreadsheet packages
