My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team during Term Time + 5 extra weeks throughout the year. This is Temp to Perm position.

This is an exciting position to join a growing business who provide catering solutions to schools. They are a close-knit team and a family run and owned business.

What will the job entail?

• Answering telephone & email enquiries
• Day to Day admin
• Sending out information packs to schools
• Sending out new menus to parents
• Speaking to parents
• Maintaining excellent relationships with schools and parents

What is the client looking for?

• Good IT Skills : knowledge of Google Docs would be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner
• 12 months customer service experience
• Ability to work under pressure

• 22 days holiday + Bank holidays : These are to be taken during school holidays
• Monday : Friday 0900-1700, 30 minutes for lunch
