I have currently partnered up with a worldwide leading organisation based in the centre of Leeds. My client is looking for an experienced Personal assistant/ Senior Secretary. This role is to provide effective and efficient organisational, secretarial and administrative support to managers.
Role Overview:
• Assist Partners and Managers with their day to day tasks i`e arranging internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and providing refreshments.
• Proactively managing Partner diaries
• Assist with internal seminars as required including meeting and greeting clients and guests and providing refreshments.
• Type all letters, memoranda and reports by audio or copy typing in accordance with the Firm`s standard procedures and to draft correspondence.
• Maintain CRM database up to date with target and client details.
• Prepare presentations and proposals in line with the Firm`s template.
Role Requirements:
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (min 60 wpm) and numerate.
• Flexibility is required and ability to work under pressure.
• A good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to creatively design presentations and proposals.
