Job Information

I have currently partnered with a leading organisation based in Leeds. My client is looking for a Training Advisor. This role is perfect for an experienced training advisor that is looking to move into a well-established organisation and hit the ground running.

Role Overview:

• Running quarterly reports and plan recertification, mandatory, PDR training with each department manager.

• Sentinel system co-ordinator : Sponsorship/de sponsorship, reporting, updates, managing learning support requirements, pre-sponsorship checks, arranging medicals & D&A`s, subcontractor management, new card processing, issue handbooks as required, upload events on to system. Manage Sentinel eLearning database, register employee as required

• New starter preparation and training bookings

• Apply for new and renewals of CPCS/CSCS cards

• Development of In-house training packages

• Deliver Training Department Inductions to new starters

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in construction

• Experience dealing with CSCS

• Exposure to CITB
