My client is a Law firm based in Liverpool city centre and they are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR Team.

As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for the recruitment for Associates, Claims Handlers, Legal Secretaries, Legal Directors, Partners, Paralegals and Legal Administration Assistant

What will the job entail?

• Advertising vacancies
• Sourcing for staff handling around 10-15 vacancies at any one time
• Screening candidates
• Arranging interviews/ assessment days
• Assisting with recruitment process
• Onboarding
• Induction for new employees
• Offboarding

What is the client looking for?

• A minimum of 12 months recruitment experience (Essential)
• Someone with recruitment knowledge from either Agency or Internal
• Industry knowledge : Professional Services: Legal, Finance, Insurance, Accountancy
• Someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to recruit for multiple roles at any one time
