My highly respected client in London is now looking for a Training and Competency candidate to join their large IFA business.

Responsible for the risk assessment and training of new and existing advisers, you will be leading company best practise and FCA compliance.

• Up to £45k basic
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing annually until 30 days)
• Full Sick Pay for up to 13 weeks

You will be responsible for

• The training of new and existing IFAs
• Competency risk assessment for new acquisitions and onboarding
• Identification of training gaps and needs
• Some travel between sites to deliver training
• Promote company best practise and FCA compliance
• Roll out new legislation and other new training
