I`m recruiting for a business based in Stockwell (SW4) who are currently looking for a new Assistant Accountant to join their team.

Main Duties:

• Assisting with Monthly management accounts
• Maintaining financial records
• Month-end closing reconciliation
• Handle invoicing, expenses & outgoing payments
• Purchase/Sales Ledger
• Month end processing
• Fixed asset maintenance & reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Accruals & Prepayments
• VAT returns

Experience Required:

• Good problem solver
• Analytical thinker
• Strong reconciliation experience
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills

This role will suit someone who is looking to build upon their existing experience and develop their skills with an organisation with great opportunities for growth with the business.

For this position my client is offering a competitive salary of £26-30,000 dependant on experience as well as multiple other benefits.
