Cameron James is working closely with our Wealth Management clients who are a UK-wide group with offices throughout the country supporting HNW individuals and Institutional clients.
They require an experienced Training, Quality and Competence Manager for their busy London Offices.

It will involve working closely with Financial Advisers in the business, to ensure that their induction, onboarding and progress through to Competent Adviser Status is progressive and developmental.

A strong understanding of processes and policies will be required to ensure that full support can be provided ensuring that the business standards become and remain to a very high standard.

Essential

• Level 4 Diploma qualified
• H15/JO7
• MAQ or equivalent
• Training experience
• Remain qualified at the required regulatory level for CF30 advisers.

The individual will be required on occasion to travel to different sites of the business so a full driving licence is essential.
