An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Handler to join a leading firm of Chartered Insurance Brokers based in the Chester area.

Our client, who has recently gone through a period of expansion, including the opening of new offices to service their clients in the North West and Greater London areas, is seeking an enthusiastic commercial handler who wishes to develop their commercial experience working as part of a nurturing and supportive team who have a wealth of broking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• To produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation /correspondence.
• Produce high-quality correspondence, using standard templates, writing clearly, concisely and professionally.
• To log all business activity, ensuring revenue is accurately recorded and documented.

Key competencies:

• Commercial broking experience
• Ideally, be a minimum of Cert CII qualified or willing to study towards
• Experience of using the Acturis trading platform
