Cameron James is working in partnership with one of the UK`s largest independent Insurance Brokers who is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Handler to supplement their team.

As a Corporate Broker, you will provide a pro-active high level technical and broking support to clients and offer best advice regarding their insurances at all times. You will deal with all lines of commercial non-marine classes including, for example, Property, EL/PL, E&O, and PI. Additionally, and just as importantly, you will act as a referral point to the remaining team members for technical issues/queries as well as handling the more complex renewals/larger paying clients. Typically you will be responsible for higher-end corporate clients where premiums can be in excess of £500,000.

The role will suit candidates that are seeking the opportunity to progress their Insurance career and who enjoy building strong client relationships. Applicants should have an excellent awareness and understanding of the commercial insurance broking market coupled with a good level of technical knowledge.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills whilst having a good eye for detail and being able to work under strict deadlines and pressures.

Those with or working towards Cert CII or ACII will have an advantage.
