Job Information

6 month FTC HR Administrator needed for Regional Transport company in Manchester City Centre. £25,000, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, unlimited free travel pass, discounted travel with other companies and dress down Fridays.

What will the job entail?

• Processing Medical reports for staff
• Support HR Business Partner
• Process new starters
• Processing Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Leavers, Long Service Awards, Love to Shop vouchers, Cycle to Work scheme
• Inbox Management
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Process PO`s
• Managing goods received
• Maintaining excellent relationships with external suppliers

What is the client looking for?

• Previous experience of working within an HR team
• Knowledge of processing Medical Reports would be advantageous.
