Job Information

6 month FTC Part Time Recruitment Administrator (15 hours per week) needed for Regional Transport company in Manchester City Centre. £25,000, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (all pro-rata`d), unlimited free travel pass, discounted travel with other companies and dress down Fridays. 15 hours can comprise of 2 x 7.5 hour days or 3 x 6 hours days, 1 of these days must be a Monday.

What will the job entail?

• Onboarding new employees
• Checking pre employment paperwork
• Obtaining references
• Organising Medicals
• Organising interviews
• Issuing new starter packs
• Issuing travel passes
• Issuing and ordering new starters uniforms
• Induction for new starts
• Filing & scanning
• Ensuring probation reviews are organised

What is the client looking for?

• Previous experience of in a busy admin environment (no previous recruitment experience necessary
• Excellent attention to detail
• Naturally organised
