Working in partnership with a Financial Planners in Solihull I am currently recruiting for a Trainee Paraplanner to join a busy team within a fast paced, professional environment.

As a Trainee Paraplanner you will work alongside the Financial Planner and the Support Team, offer technical assistance and ensure an excellent service is provided to their clients.

This role will offer a lot of training and development. The ideal candidate will need to be motivated and ready to complete the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning quickly. You will have targets for when each exam will need to be passed and you will receive incentives each time you pass.

You will be trained to do the following:

• Fund/Product Research
• Preparing and Implementing Recommendations
• Preparing/Writing Suitability Report Letters
• Maintain up to date industry knowledge and awareness by attending training days

The successful candidate will have experience within IFA Administration, Pension Administration or similar is a necessity!

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 (Although negotiable dependent upon experience), plus support towards achieving further industry relevant qualifications.
