Recruitment Consultant - £21,000 - £27,000 Basic, plus uncapped bonus. A realistic OTE of £35,000-£45,000 in your first year. An unrivalled and uncapped Quarterly Bonus Scheme. 25 Days Holiday, plus Holiday Bonus` totalling up to 53 days + Bank Holidays + Buy & Sell Scheme. Cameron James` is established in the Financial Services, Insurance, HR, Accountancy and Office Support Markets, Nationally : But would welcome a conversation with experienced consultants across any other sector.

The role - Full 360 Recruitment

• Business Development (Inc. Sales Calls)
• Sourcing jobs and candidates
• Negotiating terms
• Closing deals
