Sales Executive

Salary £22k DOE plus excellent quarterly team and individual bonus

In this position you will work in the sales department of an innovative and dynamic Insurance Brokers which is part of a global business.

The successful candidate will reach out to warm leads to either renew or bring in new business to the brokerage. You will manage your own workload in order to bring in the required new business. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have experience of working in an insurance position previously, ideally in a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with local and national businesses to discuss their commercial insurance requirements
• Successfully overcome any barriers put forward in order to win new business and renew existing customers
• Communicate effectively and negotiate with customers at all levels

Experience Required

• Experience of working in the insurance industry, ideally within a commercial setting
• Experience of working to KPI`s and deadlines
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Sales experience would be beneficial in this position
