My client is a Technology company located in the centre of Birmingham.

This is an exciting position to join a business who has massive plans for growth over the next 12 months which as an HR Advisor you will play a key part in this growth.

What will the job entail?

• Manage employee relations activities; including but not limited to; disciplinary and grievance investigations, absence management and performance issues
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers around HR issues, processes and procedures
• Manage all aspects of recruitment (60% of the role)
• Assist with all HR projects as and when required
• Ensure that all HR policies, procedures and documentation are kept up to date and in line with legislation updates.

What is the client looking for?

• Previous experience within HR and Recruitment
• Someone who is confident to work in stand alone capacity
• CIPD Qualified
• Must live within an easy commute of Birmingham City Centre
