Administrator - Cheadle - £16,000 - Permanent - National Business

A National Insurer is seeking an Administrator to play a key role in the success of their administration and support teams, and to offer cross departmental support.

Principal Tasks and Duties

• Offering assistance to the administration team handling the resource overflow of the Instructions Processor, Logistics Coordinator and Admin Clerks.
• Liaising with our field agents to ensure that investigations are completed in accordance with specific case and client requirements.
• Handling incoming calls from our clients, their customers and our field agents.
• Offering assistance to the typing department and handling the resource overflow of both the audio typing and statement transcribing pool.
• Typing reports ensuring that they are in the specific format requested by the specific client.
• Ensuring our case management system is accurately updated.
