Administration Assistant (FTC : 12 months)Leeds

I am currently working with an Insurance Underwriter with offices across the UK. The Leeds office are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join on a 12 month FTC.
As an ambitious professional you will strive to continually provide the highest quality service to your colleagues, an outline of your daily duties and responsibilities are outlined below:
Key Responsibilities
• Data entry of insurance information into the in-house systems as required
• Accurate scanning and filing of documentation into the document management system
• Daily logging of work received, for the underwriting support team, into an in-house database. Administration and processing of claims payments into the in-house system
• Daily liaison with finance, claims and underwriting teams
• Management of daily reporting for various areas of the business
Experience Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Have previous experience in an Administrative role
