I am currently working with a Global Insurer with offices across the UK. The Leeds office are now looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team.

Working as part of a close-knit team, the role involves providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Underwriting Technical Manager, and providing general support to the business as and when required.

This role is ideally suited for an individual looking for a full time position however they can be flexible on hours and days for the right candidate.

As an ambitious professional you will strive to continually provide the highest quality service to your colleagues, an outline of your daily duties and responsibilities are outlined below:

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Technical Manager to implement changes to Underwriting processes and policy wordings
• Management of daily reporting for various areas of the business
• Daily logging of work for the Underwriting teams
• Review policy documents to ensure no errors prior to sending
• Flag any issues with updated documents to the Technical Manager

Experience Required

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Attention to detail
• Have previous experience in an Administrative or Secretarial role
