Mortage Adviser Vacancy. Home based. Leads provided + appointments booked in for you. Starting salary £23,000 rising to £35,000 and can be achieved in year 1 and is based on the Mortgages you sell. Uncapped earning potential. Top earners writes 200k on approx. 12-15 1st appointments given, their average advisers write 100k and take home 50k off the same number of 1st appointments.



Role and responsibilities;

• Mortgage/Protection licensed
• Advisers to be actively managed
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Excellent customer service skills
• Honest and trustworthy attitude
• An interest in legal and financial matters
• Good Mathematical and computer skills
• Respect for confidential information
• 15 appointments per month (usually Mortgage & Protection lead) from existing clients, purchased leads or principle clients
• Stationery (business cards, Letterheads, client folders)
• Client packs (containing branded regulatory documents, firm proposition documents)
• Administrative support in processing business and chasing providers/clients/GPs
• Telemarketing support
• Paraplanning support
• Compliance and T&C with oversight by Broadview
• Commissions chasing and payment monthly to RI account • • 4 First Client appointments per week (3 provided , 1 via self generation/referral)
• • 2/3 client sales presentations per week
• • Daily contact with Broadview to review activity/production


• Thorough fact-finding to identify all areas of business opportunities in GI, Mortgage & Protection, Financial Planning
• Communicate corporate message of Broadview FS of advice in all business areas.
• Focus on client generation via referrals
