IFA Administrator. Southport. £20,000-£25,000.

Working in partnership with a reputable Financial Planners in Southport I am currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to support their Independent Financial Planners.

As an IFA Administrator you will join this reputable, longstanding business and provide the Independent Financial Planners with all Client Servicing and Business Processing support. You will ensure that high quality work is produced and an excellent service is provided to their clients.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Processing Business
• Valuations
• Quotations
• ISA and Pension Transfers/Switches
• Issuing Letters of Authority
• Updating Policy Information
• Liaising with IFA`s, Clients and Providers
• Preparing and Maintaining Client Files

And with experience/knowledge/capability;

• Fund Research
• Suitability Report Writing

The successful IFA Administrator must have either provided similar support within a Financial Planning company.
