Job Information

Our Clients based in the City of London have the requirements of a Trainee Financial Advisor to take on an existing client base. You will be a qualified Paraplanner in the short term with immediate ongoing support to become a chartered Financial Planner.

• Attend client and prospect meetings with Current Director
• Work with administrative office to produce packs for client meetings, client recommendation reports and client review packs
• Submission of cases to Head Office
• Updating Client information on internal client system
• Obtaining Valuations from providers
• Prepare and track Letters of Authority
• Maintaining case notes with updates on case and status
• Liaising with Providers to aid valuations, policy information and new business.
• Dealing with client calls : calls requiring advice will eventually be taken on by the successful candidate after full training
• Preparation for client meetings, ensuring documents are up to date on file and provide necessary information to adviser to ensure necessary forms are completed. Ensure that research request is sent to Head Office in a timely fashion to aid preparation for client meeting.

Summary of Area Focus:

• To provide administrative support to Daryl with regards new and ongoing business. Provide customer service to and build rapport with existing and new clients.

Ongoing training and further qualifications will be provided in order to get you to CAS status and fully Chartered Financial Advisor
