Cameron James is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected Cheshire based Insurance Broker in their search for a Commercial Director.

Our client, a Chartered Insurance Broker with an enviable market reputation built on over 40 years of offering a consistently high level of client service and technical advice, is seeking an experienced client-centric senior insurance professional to play a key part in shaping the organisational and strategic direction of the business over the coming years.

You will either be an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of developing and motivating a team of Account Executives, or alternatively be a high performing Commercial Account Executive, who has developed a profitable and sustainable client portfolio and is now seeking to progress into a role where you can really shape the direction of a business as part of a senior management team.

Key competencies:

• Experience of performing a target driven client facing broking role
• A strong technical knowledge of the commercial broking market
• Either have hands on experience of leading a sales team or have a real desire to step into a managerial role.
• Given the Chartered status of the broker in question, you will ideally hold ACII status
