We are working with a well-established services based organisation and they are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager.

The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the busy office, overseeing 1 member of staff and supporting the senior Directors and department heads. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Managing all day to day operations for the office, including best practice, office policies and procedures, front of house management, Health and Safety, Fire Marshall and admin support to the teams when needed
• Managing all supplier and internal relationships - being the point of contact for any queries
• Managing all aspects of the office (60 -80 employees) including stationary management, office facilities, Utilities, phone systems etc.
• Providing support to Senior Directors such as producing business and confidential reports, scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, checking and drafting presentations, ad-hoc support with projects and key meetings etc.
• Attending monthly board meetings, taking minutes and sending out reports
• Ensure that the business runs smoothly, which will include reviewing and streamlining business processors
• Communicating and building relationships with department heads and directors across the business and taking control for the management of the office
• Health & Safety management for the office, including maintaining effective H&S standards, conducting audits, risk assessment checks and overall responsibility to ensure H&S compliance
• First Aider and Fire Marshal

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven office management experience for a similar sized operation and ideally have experience supporting the senior team (EA / PA exposure).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential and you must be professional and confident.
