I`m currently recruiting for a business based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Finance Director for a permanent opportunity within this well-established organisation.

This role will manage the Finance Team and assist in driving improvements within the company. Prior experience of managing and developing a finance team is essential.

They are looking for a commercially aware Finance Director with strong financial awareness, who is able to liaise and advise with managers and staff across the business : both finance and non-finance staff.

Duties overview:

Manage the company`s accounting function
Lead and develop the finance team
Financial reporting
Compliance with regulatory accounting
Minimising financial risk
Financial planning
Identifying areas of improvement

Required experience;

• Team leadership experience
• Senior management experience
• Strong communication skills

For this role, my client is offering a salary of £70k-80k dependent on experience, plus bonus and a range of other benefits.
