We are working with a well-established not for profit organisation and they are recruiting for an experienced HR Analyst to join the business for a 12 month fixed contract.

This is an exciting and varied role and will be working on key change projects within the business i.e. time and attendance, ER case management, system integrations etc. So they are looking for candidate`s who have proven HR project experience across various HR areas. Reporting into the HR Projects manager, the role will work as part of a team of 4. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working with stakeholders using a range of techniques (gathering data, analyse, document, review and validate findings) for existing business situations
• Work as a key member of project teams where outcomes will result in the need for change across the business
• Challenge existing processes and identify new solutions based on evidential information and market research.
• Take ownership of delivering expected outcomes on projects
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as IT, HR and Finance to analyse, mediate and resolve conflicts and understand impacts of decisions being made.
• Deliver changes/transition from old to new and ensure benefits are realised and tracked post go-live
• Identify, analyse, document and define current versus new processes through modelling and documenting business processes, events and rules
• Working with and mediating between stakeholder groups to resolve conflicts in the vision for the new business environment
• Assist with the identification of costs of the current and desired new business solutions
• Assist with the identification of risks associated with the current and desired new business solutions

For this role candidates must have proven experience working on various HR projects, including system implementation experience - testing and roll out.

This role would be idea of an experienced HR professional; who wants to move into a HR projects focused role, or candidates with strong HR Analyst experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be liaising with managers across the business of all levels.
