Inbound Customer Service Advisor vacancy, Birmingham City Centre, £18-19K per annum, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays, discretionary bonus and 30 days holiday. Financial Services, Banking experience or Industry relevant qualifications required to join our clients rapidly growing team.

Role responsibilities:

Working as part of the Customer Operations team to deliver the highest level of customer service and good customer outcomes. Undertake a range of administrative activities, continually improving operational effectiveness and ensuring adherence to banking policies and procedures in line with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

• Account opening, ongoing servicing, telephony and high value/risk transactional activity
• Accurately processing transactions and customer instructions, meeting service standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring risk controls are met at all times
• Customer due diligence

Candidate:

• An outgoing personality, able to quickly build rapport with customers
• An understanding of products, FS regulations and banking processes - gained via experience in a customer based processing environment within a Bank (Essential)
• An interest in business development, exceeding targets and a desire to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with colleagues as part of a team
• A genuine interest in providing customers with an outstanding service
• Able to coach, guide and develop colleagues
• Banking qualifications (Desirable)

Working hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is negotiable dependant on your level of experience. The benefits of working with my client will be;
