The role is with a reputable Financial Consultants in Silsden. I am currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant to support their Advisers.

As an Operations Assistant you will support the Senior Operation Officers with office administration. You will ensure that high quality work is produced, and an excellent service is provided to their clients.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

· Assist with the production of all Management Information (MI) and data to support the monthly rated fund reviews

· Assist in the production of performance statistics and portfolio factsheets on a quarterly basis

· Answer the telephone and monitor the ‘enquiries` email account and direct calls / emails promptly

· Assist in the maintenance of the list of rated funds and associated documentation

· Liaise with IT support to ensure issues are dealt with promptly and downtime is limited

• Investments Research

The successful Operations Assistant must have previous experience within the Financial Services.
