The desk;
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us in Manchester and work a Mortgages desk covering the North West region.

• Basic starting salary of between £21,000 and £25,000 DOE
• Uncapped quarterly bonus on revenue + set yearly bonus on revenue + monthly interview bonuses

You`ll walk into;
We are a smaller experienced team of Recruitment Consultants who also have experience recruiting within the Financial Services/Mortgages Industry, so in addition to the initial training you will receive ongoing training and daily support from management and your colleagues.

We expect;
We keep it simple here and focus on effective working. From day 1 you will be expected to;

• Source industry relevant candidates
• Market those candidates via ‘Spec` or ‘Business Development` calls
• Win new business/pick up jobs and negotiate introduction fees payable
• Manage the interview process for both candidates and clients
• Close offers
• Maintain candidate and client relationships, and keep our back office records accurate and up to date
• To remain professional on good days and bad, be a team player and help your colleagues where possible
