Job Information

Accounts Assistant required for a 1-year fixed term contract for a company based in Marlow.

The role is responsible for providing all round accountancy assistance for this well-established business.

Main Duties:

• Purchase Ledger : processing invoices; checking purchase invoices; invoice distribution; processing cheques; preparing remittances
• Sales Ledger : raising invoices for customers; debtor list updates; raising credit notes; posting invoices
• Credit Control
• Daily Banking / Bank Reconciliation
• Staff Expenses
• Dealing with any accounts queries

Key Skills:

• SAP experience preferred

For this position, my client is offering a competitive salary of circa £21,000-26,000 dependant on experience as well as other benefits.
