Commercial Account Handler

Salary - £20-£28k Dependant on Experience

Cameron James is proud to be working with a leading insurance broker in Leed. Due to growth of the business they are now looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their existing team

As an Account Handler you will deal with cross class commercial insurance premiums varying in size dependant on your experience. You will work alongside other experienced Insurance professionals to offer exceptional customer service, market leading cover and value for money to new and existing clients.

Our client offers a competitive starting salary with performance bonus and is ideally located, with free parking and only a short distance from local transport links.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with Commercial accounts
• Building and maintaining effective relationships
• Treat customers fairly at all times
• Deal with MTA`s, renewals and new business
• Handle and respond to product queries quickly and efficiently

Experience Required

• A minimum of 2 years Commercial broking experience
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A desire to develop their knowledge of all classes of Commercial Insurance
• A keen interest in long term career progression
