I am currently working with a Regional Broker with offices across the UK. The Leeds office are now looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join their new team in an already lively and vibrant office.

The claims department aims to be the market leader in the provision of an efficient, cost effective, creative and professional service to their clients. You will be pro-active and flexible in the handling of claims, whilst also working closely with the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own workload of Commercial Claims
• Build good relationships clients and Insurers and ensure excellent regular communication
• Be able to prioritise workload and have excellent time management skills to manage claims

Experience Required

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Cert CII or willingness to work towards would be advantageous
